The Community Hubs Team

The Community Hubs Team is responsible for running this engagement, analysing its results and presenting them to stakeholders and the public.

Paul Perkins

Community Hubs Programme Lead: I’m leading the Community Hubs programme in Westminster, starting with the Bayswater and Ernest Harris House sites. I love the vibrancy and diversity of the area.

Annick Batimba

Participation and Engagement Lead: I work in the hubs team. I am a former youth worker and a strong believer in people power and community voice.

Gregory Vassiliadis

Community Hubs Strategic Delivery Lead: I am working on the delivery of Community Hubs in the north, centre and south of the borough. I love the diversity of the local communities and local businesses.

Kayleb Peterson

Apprentice: Hey I’m Kayleb, the local community superhero and neighbourhood dog lover! I also work in the Community Hubs team.

Kaleigh Balanta-Avalos

Community Hubs Organiser: Hi, my name’s Kaleigh Balanta-Avalos. I love working in the borough of Westminster because of all its diversity in the heart of London.

Ashamae Swyer

Project Support Officer: I work in the Hubs team. I enjoy the different food, arts, and cultures in the borough, and I like speaking with tourists who come to see Westminster’s great landmarks.
